Certified payroll for federal contractors

Payroll, squared right.

We prepare your weekly certified payroll report, the WH-347 that proves your crew was paid prevailing wages on Davis-Bacon jobs. We check every worker first, catch underpayments before anything is submitted, and hand it to you ready to sign within two business days.

Based in Central Florida. Serving small federal contractors nationwide.

The Square Method™

Four corners every payroll must meet. Tap a corner to see each one.

Corner 01 · Right Match

Right job, right wage sheet.

Every worker is matched to the right job type on the wage sheet written into your contract.

Match Wages Hours Proof

See the Square Method

One weekly form. A lot of ways to get it wrong.

Every week on a Davis-Bacon job, you have to prove your crew was paid the prevailing wage, including fringe benefits. Mistakes can mean back pay, withheld payments from your prime and, in serious cases, being barred from federal work for up to three years. The small mistakes are the ones that slip through.

  • A worker listed as a laborer who spent the week doing electrical work is owed the electrician rate.
  • Some wage sheet rates sit below the state minimum wage. When that happens, the higher rate wins.
  • Overtime has to meet both the overtime premium on the base rate and the full required fringe. Being 78 cents short an hour is still a violation.
