The Short Version

You run your payroll. We validate the numbers.

You provide complete project information, payroll records, timesheets, and supporting documentation. We validate and reconcile that information within the scope of your engagement.

If something appears wrong, we flag it. You correct the payroll.

We prepare your WH-347. You review it, certify it, sign it, and—unless otherwise agreed—submit it.

Files are exchanged through our designated Dropbox process.

Payments are processed through Stripe.

Payment is due in full before services are rendered. Payment and complete project information must both be received before our production clock begins.

If we’re waiting on you, our clock stops.

If requested information remains outstanding:

After 2 business days: your project may be placed on Client Hold.

After 5 business days: your project may be suspended.

After 10 business days: Squared Right may terminate the engagement.

Client-caused delays do not automatically pause payment obligations, preserve production priority, extend the service term, or create a right to refunds or credits.

Our role is straightforward:

We help you get the numbers squared right before your name goes on the report.
