The Square Method™

A payroll is only square when all four corners are met. We check each one, for every worker, every week, before your report reaches you.

  1. Corner 01

    Right Match

Every worker is matched to the right job type, on the right wage sheet, at the right modification. It’s the corner everything else stands on.

    • The wage sheet and modification written into your contract
    • Each worker’s job type for the work they actually did
    • Any extra job types the government approved for your project
  2. Corner 02

    Right Wages

Base pay plus fringe meets the wage sheet, and pay never drops below the state minimum wage. When two rules disagree, the higher one wins.

    • Base rate against the wage sheet
    • Fringe paid as cash or into benefit plans
    • State minimum wage
  3. Corner 03

    Right Hours

Every hour is counted by day, and overtime is checked so both the overtime premium on the base rate and the full required fringe are met.

    • Hours by day and weekly totals
    • Overtime past 40 hours
    • Paid sick leave earned, where your contract requires it
  4. Corner 04

    Right Proof

A complete, accurate WH-347, ready for you to sign within two business days, with every week kept on record.

    • Every required field on the updated WH-347
    • A clear note of anything that needs fixing first
    • A Weekly Recap showing exactly what we checked and caught
    • An organized archive, ready for audits

Miss one corner, and it isn’t square.

Three out of four still means an inaccurate report with your signature on it. Here’s what each missing corner looks like.

No Match

The right pay for the wrong job type is still an underpayment.

No Wages

A rate under the wage sheet or the state minimum means back pay is owed.

No Hours

Overtime a little short still adds up across a crew and a project.

No Proof

A late or incomplete report can hold up payments from your prime.
